I was able to order over the phone. The operator was very nice and she made sure that I was sending th flowers to the correct funeral home. Since I was ordering for a business, she made sure to send me a receipt over email before I even hung up the phone with her. This will make it a breeze to reconcile my expenses. I was very happy with the service. Thank You.
