The online experience was great; very easy and you have a great selection of items to choose from. Delivery was on schedule. The only room for improvement I can see is the ability to get someone on the phone. I had a concern about my order and I called twice. The first time I asked for a call back and I never received it. The second time I tried different options to actually get a voice on the phone and was unsuccessful with everything I tried. I finally had to resort to going online and sending a comment to request an email response. That I did receive but since, at the time, I felt my concern was more immediate, I really wanted to speak to someone on the phone that day and not wait a day or two to get an email response.

My niece was thrilled with the flowers. They were delivered on time and helped to add a festive note to the festivities.

I did call at the last minute but was told the flowers could be delivered early afternoon, and didn't arrive until close to the end of the day and I was slightly disappointed. However, the arrangement was beautiful

The order process was fine, simply and quick. Seemed a bit expensive. I have not seen the order to say it is a good deal for my dollar. The person receiving the order is still in the hospital.
