The overall experience was very good, however the arrangement that I ordered was supposed to be the large version, and when Dorothy texted me a photo of it, I was disappointed as it was way smaller than I expected. You guys do a great job of handling the logistics very efficiently, but I was hoping for more of a wow factor with the flowers.
