Even though the original boxwood tree I had ordered was no longer available, I still had an excellent experience with Ava's. I was contacted and advised that a substitute tree would be used - very nice service to allow me the opportunity to make the decision on a substitute or a different product. The tree arrived on time and was beautifully done - they were so happy with it, they sent a picture to me. The recipients were quite pleased and I am a happy shopper! Thank you!
