The person who took my order was professional and polite. I didnt like that they tried to "up sell" me with out my knowledge. (a bow costs extra etc) no body likes that feeling. Do you?

I was more than happy with the Rose and Carnation bouquet ordered from AvasFlowers . The bouquet was delivered exactly when promised and was just as beautiful as the picture ordered from! My girls were thrilled with the arrangement and said that they filled the entire shop with the most amazing scent! Thank you so much for making this day so special for my girls with your attention to detail and your beautiful design. Being so far away, it was nice to know that the flowers I picked out were as lovely as I had hoped.
