I needed to modify my order and had to call the customer service number. Customer service was very helpful. She called me back because she forgot to tell me the amount of my refund due to cancelling a couple items. I also received a call that they would need to substitute for the item I ordered. It was nice to receive a call that this was happening.

My daughter was very surprised and happy and delivery was as they said. The flowers were lovely she said! Thank you, I would use this sight again.
