We want to say thank you so very much for the very beautiful roses and the teddy bear you delivered to Ernestine. Her daughter Vicki said her Mom loved the roses. It was the happiest part of her day that she so desperately needed. Ernestine went home on hospice yesterday evening and is not expected to be with us within the next 24 hours. The gift of love and kindness you had shown while putting the order together for Ernestine was truly a gift from God. We will never be able to thank you enough. Had a bad experience with another flower delivery service last year. Went with you guys this year and could not have gotten better results!! My mom got what I ordered on time. For a daughter that lives thousands of miles from my mother I couldn't have asked for a better gift for my mom. Thanks Avas Flowers for making my mom's Christmas special!
