My daughter-in-law's grandfather passed away in Florida. We live in Kentucky so I checked the internet for a florist in the area. AvasFlowers was the first one that I saw. I contacted them and told them that I wanted to send a memorial lantern. They said they would put flowers around it. Not being able to see it, we were just hoping that it would be pretty. My son took a picture of it and sent it to me. It was gorgeous! He said that everyone commented on how beautiful it was. We appreciate AvasFlowers for making it so special!

My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
