You were professional, the woman who delivered the flowers called me afterwards to let me know she had delivered them, and was incredibly sweet. When my mom got the flowers, she said the bouquet was one of the most beautiful bouquets she had ever gotten or even seen! I telephoned an order for funeral flowers. The gentleman who took the order was efficient and helpful. The flowers were delivered just before the service. I wasn't able to attend the service, but those who did attend told me the flowers were beautiful and looked like the photo on the web site.
