Let me just start with a great big THANK YOU!! One of the hardest things in this life is having a life long friend so far away during a hospital stay. I'm more than pleased with the flowers you delivered to Margaret Van Buren. When the arrangment arrived, she sent me a picture and found they looked exactely like the picture on your website. For this, I was truely pleased. Yesterday when I finally was able to talk to her, she went on and on about how beautiful the flowers are and how wonderful they smelled. She also said every nurse that tended to her complimented on the flowers. Your customer service is wonderful and the person who delivered the flowers needs to be praised as well.
