I ordered a peace plant on a Saturday for a funeral the following Monday. They did a wonderful job sending a beautiful plant on time!

Your customer service sucks. You did not deliver both items I ordered and refused to complete the delivery. When I asked for a full refund you said if you did that they would Go back and get the item that was delivered. You also refused to deliver the missing item, you said you can’t redeliver. So you wouldn’t go back to complete the order but you would go back to remove what was delivered. I will make sure to spread the word not to use your company to anyone that will listen. And you can’t get anyone on the phone, I was on hold for almost an hour. You should be ashamed!!

The lady on the phone or gentleman?I couldn't tell what he was. Was very rude and lied to me. He tried to tell me he was a local store in radcliff Ky come to find out. They receive cold phone calls and work with local Florists shops. Charged a 29.99 service charge i was not told about.

I have been told the flowers are beautiful, and the website was easy to use. Sadly, the initial price shown for the arrangements was for a small size and the picture was for a larger size, almost guaranteeing you'd have to buy the bigger one. While there was a code for free delivery, there was a surprise $25 service fee at the end. On delivery, the driver set the glass vase on the porch, rang the doorbell and left. Thankfully, the recipient heard and saw him. The weather is decent today, but I don't expect flowers to be just left outside. I will not use this company again!
