Anna was extremely helpful in placing my order out of state. I needed a nontoxic plant as a gift to the owners of a new clinic. She was on the phone with a florist with whom this order would be placed to insure I was getting the appropriate plant. She was definitely attentive, pleasant, and successful. I am a returning customer and will continue to use Ava's flowers.
