Very pleased with the arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home. Had to call back to your place of business to correct the time of delivery as per the confirmation notice you sent to me. Your delivery time was before 7:00 PM when I explicitly asked for delivery before 5:00 PM. I was advised that I would receive a second confirmation of the delivery time change which never ever appeared. Thanks for the service provided and I will be doing business with you again.
