Very pleased. Ordering went smooth, with a little bump in verifying credit card info. The electronic form gave the recipients phone number to verify not mine so I had to call in to verify. Delivery went smooth and the flowers were beautiful.

I was in a real bind and called from out of town on a Sunday because there was a toll-free # on your website. I was amazed that I was able to talk with an agent. He was so very helpful with his suggestions and worked with me to have an alternate selections in case my first choice was not available. You surpassed my expectations with getting my arrangement delivered on very short notice and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!
