The incorrect order was delivered to my daughter. When I called the florist, they immediately apologized and resent the correct order free of charge. They were very courteous on the phone and the second arrangement was gorgeous. My daughter was very pleased. I used to work in a flower shop and I am impressed by the excellent and courteous manner with which they resolved the problem. I will continue to use them as my florist in the future. Louise Wollin
