The experience was wonderful. Ordered on line and was given fast email response and a phone call to change the date of delivery. All the people I talked to had great customer service skills and very polite. Aurora was very happy with the flowers that were delivered to her to brighten her hotel room as she was attending a conference the week. Made all the other woman how sweet I was and if I do training for their significant other. I have used Avas one other time when she was at a training conference years ago. Was glad to see you were in Bakersfield. I know when I ordered before my wife was very happy and again you made her happy. Thank you again for the great customer service and the quality of flowers you have. If she goes to a training conference again and you serve that area I will be ordering flowers from you since I know your quality of flowers will always be the best.
