Very easy website to maneuver except finding where to check-out took a minute. Delivery was on time and instructions to use back door were followed. Placing the order by phone after viewing the arrangement on line was both quick and easy. The order taker (Jill) was very courteous and efficient. We received e-mail confirmation of the placement of the order and the delivery. The recipient called us and said the arrangement was very beautiful. Same day delivery was also a big factor in our selecting you.

My experience with Avas Flowers was a good one so I would not hesitate to use your services again. I was not sure I wanted to purchase for a funeral but Maria was very helpful. She told me of options available and made suggestions in a way that did not turn me off. Because the funeral was out of state, I was not able to attend but I was told the arrangement was beautiful.
