I was very pleased with the service provided to me. The young man that I talked to was very helpful,polite and gave me some good ideas for the sympathy card and thought that adding a white bow would be appropriate. From the first second I spoke with Tasha (I hope I remembered her name correctly) my experience was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The flowers arrived at the correct time and I was told by my son that they were perfect, fresh and beautiful. I will certainly call you again.. Kasey was outstanding! She listened to my concerns and assured me that the flowers I ordered would be delivered on the date I requested and the flowers would be fresh. I also appreciated the email showing the design I ordered, making sure the information I gave Kasey was correct and the email that let me know the flowers were delivered to Aunt Dorothy. My total experience with Aves Flowers was awesome! I would recommend Aves Flowers. My experience with Aves Flowers, Outstanding!
