Your service, help, and flower arrangement were all great. I had an idea of what I wanted in my arrangement and who ever I spoke to was a good listener and steered me in the right direction. She first showed me the picture of the "exotic garden" and then let me tweak it a bit with star(gazer?) lilies instead of the roses. This was an important date for my sister-in-law as her partner (and my brother) died 5 years ago on the day the flowers were sent. The bird's of paradise hit the sentiment just right. Also - I ordered these the day before I needed them and they arrived just as planned. Kate sent pictures - she loved them and I was 100% satisfied. Thank-you so much - whoever is you florist in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area did a terrific job. Sincerely - Marilyn
