I had ordered an arrangement that was supposed to come with willow twigs in the container but it was made with a ti leaf instead. The confirmation I received telling me what was in the arrangement said it had willow twigs. When my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement, I was disappointed because the willow looks prettier. I understand that florists sometimes don't have all that is needed to copy an arrangement on their website, but if it's not made that same way, at least let the person know in the confirmation.
