I made my order online and realized that the service was at 11 the next morning and the viewing was at 9:30. I called the customer service number and was helped immediately and the problem was resolve. The flowers were delivered to the Funeral Home at the exact time the next morning and the family called to tell me they were beautiful! I really appreciate your excellent service and taking care of my slipup. Thank you immensely, Douglas Daniels Roanoke, Virginia
