The order was handled very nicely. The flower arrangement is beautiful and my wife said they were awesome! The delivery person did an excellent job locating my wife who was returning home from an unexpected eye doctor appointment. He arranged to meet her at our home instead of where she works which was the delivery address. The only item that I was disappointed with was no full size birthday card that I had paid extra for. Apparently they substituted a Mylar birthday balloon in its place. I didn't pursue it with the florist because I thought they substituted it for a reason and it didn't diminish my satisfaction with the arrangement.
