Although she liked her flowers and you got then to her reasonably on time time - I felt disappointed at the picture she showed me of them. They did not look like your picture on-line. I felt I was overcharged for a very simple arrangement. I've paid similar in other flower shops and got way more for my money. I used you after seeing your website and because you were close to the area the delivery was going to, but was disappointed with the actual product.

We all were extremely pleased with the flowers we ordered for Vernon Beck. They were fresh and beautiful and the blue bow was a lovely extra touch to make the arrangement red, white and blue. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home in a timely manner. We will continue to use Ava's Flowers! Thank You!
