Last minute purchased flowers for an out of town relative on Christmas Eve at 2pm hoping they'd be delivered that day but realistically expected them to be delivered the day after Christmas but they were delivered within 3 hours of my order!! I've never been more grateful, your team is awesome!!

I think there was a little confusion and the flowers weren't delivered until the office was about to close for the day. I do have to say that the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The my sister reported that the lady that delivered the arrangement was very nice and apologetic for the late delivery.

This was a birthday gift and I truly appreciate that it was on the delivery requested. The arrangement was not anywhere near the picture shown but I appreciate that this order was filled on the day after a 3-day holiday weekend. The florist recognized the significance of the primary floral color and tried to duplicate that in the arrangement. The simplicity and elegance of the photo arrangement was lost but it was a bountiful bouquet and the birthday girl was truly appreciative. So, I am basically OK.
