Put in a late order for the day of delivery, I thought it as very expensive but the delivery was made within a hour or two which was very prompt and grateful!

I called very late on Monday morning needing a delivery made for a funeral. (Called around 8:15 and the funeral was at 10.) Ava's was very helpful and had it there for the funeral. I wish I could remember who I talked with because she was great to get all the info I had, which was pretty sketchy, and still the young lady was never frustrated with me for calling so late or not having more details for her. And I have heard from the co-worker who's grandmother passed away that the flowers and vase were beautiful. Well done, Ava's. Sincerely, Barbara Raines
