Greetings: I just ordered a bouquet from Kenny. He explained that the delivery charge is waived but there is a service and handling fee of $10+?! and a bow is $4.95! And, I asked him if, in the main photo on the Avas webpage, showing 6 employees if there really is an African American employee or if this is a generic photo. I wanted to patronize a company that is diverse and really would like to know if there is a good looking Black man working there. Can you confirm? Thank you wendy cox
