She repeated every detail of the order, including the lengthy sympathy card, as we were unable to attend the memorial because we live out of state. When I called your number, I did not have the information needed to complete the order. I was still in a state of shock learning about the passing of my family member. Your representative was so helpful finding the right cemetery, the right funeral, and promised me delivery time necessary to serve at the burial. My family members who attended related to me how beautiful the flowers we selected were and how much it meant to everyone present.
