I made my order online and realized that the service was at 11 the next morning and the viewing was at 9:30. I called the customer service number and was helped immediately and the problem was resolve. The flowers were delivered to the Funeral Home at the exact time the next morning and the family called to tell me they were beautiful! I received the best service I have ever received from any florist anywhere. First of all, I've never had a notice with the exact time the flowers were delivered, and secondly, I've never had a detailed description of the flowers actually used. Your business rocks. The arrangement was beautifully done, with fresh flowers, very full, and a very good value. I asked for a substitute using seasonal flowers and they complied and it was a much better looking arrangement than what was originally pictured online. Thank you.
