My sister said the arrangement is absolutely beautiful! I appreciated the fact that y'all called her to let her know it was at the front door as she had just had surgery and it took awhile for her to respond to the doorbell. I also truly appreciated your follow-up email to let me know the delivery had been made (I have ordered flowers many, many times before from many different florists and never have they provided this service; I always had to contact them to ensure delivery had been made). Thank you! Ava's Flowers will be my go-to floral service for my future needs.

You guys did great...on time. I like it that it was delivered to her Dorm # and not to the mailroom. Although she was not there you guys called her. Thanks for whatever reason that the balloon is a helium with a "Happy Birthday" greetings instead of the latex yellow balloon I ordered. My daughter loved the balloon. Very happy with the order.
