The website ordering didn't work for me so I called, which was fine. But I was surprised the the telephone price was about 20. Dollars more than the website. You should include the"service fee" up front on the website so to avoid surprising folks. The flowers were delivered as requested and my cousins said they were beautiful. Thanks for helping me to brighten the day with the sympathy bouquet and card.
