Very satisfied with the service answered all questions. understood everything I needed reassured me flowers fresh and colors I wanted. Saw the finished product after it was delivered to my friend she was very happy was a surprise and made her birthday more complete. Thank you for prompt delivery and beautiful arrangement.

I wish I could send a picture. The roses were pretty and I was told they were nice. I was disappointed The vase was not full (the picture looked quite filled with a purple flower. Even though I understand the Flowers might be replaced for another, it just Looked left out. Arrangement didn't seem cohesive. I heard the cave was nice. Price would have been reasonable if it had been complete. Delivered on time.

My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
