Service was great although I didn't speak to anyone; the web page was easy to go through. I was a bit disappointed when I saw a photo of the flowers, they did not look like the web page photo and looked cheap next to all the others she received. She in turn sent me flowers on my birthday and they were amazing; quite a difference in quality.
