I was very pleased with the size and quality of the Peace Lily that I received. However, I was taken aback by the service fee of 13.00. Maybe I just didn't hear that part. Also when I asked if this was a local florist the answer was vague. The first receipt I received did not get an itemized statement, I had to request one.
