Hi. I never saw the flowers in person but I hope they were Beautiful. I am sure they were :) There was however a break in communication when I called the customer service representative. I was told that the flowers were set up for re-delivery but yet when I called the person for whom I ordered flowers, he told me the flowers had already been delivered. The automated call aspect when you call also stated the flowers were set for re-delivery so it was not just an error on the representative's part. Thank you for everything. :) I am not sure if the status of flowers takes a few hours to update almost like a package being delivered does?

The flowers arrived on time and in great condition. The recipient was very pleased. Everything was shipped perfectly. The vase and the flowers were shipped UPS and the flowers: Birds of Paradise, were beautiful. Ordering was easy. And, the card was beautiful too.
