I thought the service was absolutely outstanding! My friend said the Christmas arrangement looked "fantastic" and "smelled great!" I was placing my order on line and before pushing the submit button, I decided to call to verify that the order would be delivered same day. The customer representative provided excellent customer service and quaranteed the flowers would be delivered the day I placed the order and they were. .
