I picked the perfect bouquet for my step-mother's birthday. Then I received a phone call that the flowers weren't in good enough condition to make the bouquet I chose. I was upset but hoped that this company would deliver on their promise that they would make a bouquet similar to the one I chose. My step mom sent me a picture and it was GORGEOUS! And better yet, she was so happy. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The person that took my order over the phone was very polite and courteous. She repeated all the information back to me to make sure there were no errors. This was a very easy process and I received the confirmation of the order immediately and the confirmation once the order was delivered, which was very appreciated. The flowers looked just like the picture and would recommend your company for future orders.
