Recently I had to order flowers for a funeral on behalf of many other people as well as myself. The arrangement was beautiful and the price was fair. The service exceeded my expectations as I had to change the message on our card and it was easy to do. They confirmed the change and even expressed their condolences for our loss. I have the feeling we all will be using Ava's as our florist in the future. I know I will!

You were very helpful. But later that day I received a call that stated that you could not deliver to Luzerne MI 48636. So I cancelled my order. The gentleman that called said he would put the money back on our credit card. The full amount of &55;.93. They sent an email stating the fact that is what they are doing an I printed that out for proof that I will get my full refund back. Thank You very much.
