Great experience. The person who took my order was very patient and helpful during the process. I really appreciated the feedback with regard to the approximate time of delivery and the notification that the recipient had actually received the delivery and the name of the person who signed for it. That was very valuable information. I will definitely recommend your service to someone else.

Service was amazing - I ordered the bouquet on short notice and everyone I spoke to was professional and accommodating. My flowers were delivered promptly. My only concern is that when I appeared at the wake later that evening the bouquet, which was "premium", was sparse. Perhaps it was that 3/4 of the flowers were not open, but either way the bouquet appeared scrawny and was almost a little embarrassing. I would have expected a "premium" bouquet to be much fuller.
