I had provided the incorrect last name of the recipient of my order to be delivered to a hospital. I didn't realize it for an hour. When I called your company (although it took a while wading through your automated switch board) the operated was able to locate my order, change the recipient's name, and phone the driver to correct the order. She received lovely roses, and we enjoyed a laugh at my mistake. Thank you.
