My mother liked the flowers and I appreciate having the option of same day delivery. However, I thought that meant they would be there before 5 and was disappointed that they were delivered at 5:15 because she already left work for the day. So maybe just clarify that same day does not mean before 5 pm. Otherwise beautiful flowers and good prices. I will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you.

I live in Texas and ordered funeral flowers for a dear friend to be sent and delivered to the mortuary before her funeral California. The Avas phone representative was very patient, kind and helpful. I was notified when the flowers were delivered, which was before the scheduled service. (That was nice to receive and know). I have not received any feedback regarding the arrangement or the condition of the flowers that I sent but, from prior dealings with Ava's Flowers, I have to assume that this order was handled in the same exemplary manner.
