When we realized that our intended recipient had been moved from the care center to his home, the Avas representative was able to modify our order to deliver the flowers to his home, even though this is a different city than the original destination. The rep was pleasant and professional and never suggested that this request was out of the ordinary. I was very impressed with my first transaction with Avas Flowers.
