I have ordered flowers in Nelsonville, Ohio from Ava's several times, and this time I ordered them in Sunbury, Ohio, also from Ava's. I truly think the flowers were of highest quality and were exactly what I wanted. I also want to thank you for seeing they were delivered to the funeral home for the Sunday service. I am totally pleased with Ava's and the flowers we have ordered. Thank you very much.

I called from the UK to place an order for my son and his wife who have just moved house. The girl taking the order was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was very helpful and very positive. My son emailed me to say the flowers had arrived and were very beautiful. You kept me informed of delivery (something florists in the UK should learn to do). Avas is a really nice firm with which to do business. There is just one recommendation I would make. When I was told the amount of the bill, I queried it because it seemed rather more than was advertised. I was told it was a service charge. I think it would be helpful if your customers knew about this charge before they order as it does come as a bit of a shock! Apart from this one point, it is a wonderful service.
