WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERIED. IN FACT FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME AND AS PROMISED. I SPOKE TO A FAMILY MEMBER THAT GAVE WRONG INFO. I CALLED VERY UPSET BECAUSE OF THE MIS INFORMATION. YOUR STAFF ASSURED ME THEY WERE DELIVERED AND FOLLOW UP TO THE MATTER WAS AS PROMISED. VERY SORRY FOR THE COMPLAINT. YOU DID AS YOU PROMISED AND IM VERY THANKFUL FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.
