You went above and beyond. I forgot to sign my name on card. My friend called you to find out who sent flowers. You called me first before revealing my identity. Although it was completely my error, I appreciated that you called. She is enjoying the flowers. Always a bit scary when ordering flowers from an 'out of my area' florist. You did not disappoint. My experience was GREAT! As I called from out of town,I wasn't sure how this order would go. Thomas,who took my order could not have been more helpful or friendlier.Then when my daughter was not at home when the basket arrived,they met her around the corner to assure the freshness of the fruit.Excellent customer service. I will be using Avas again!!!!

As always, I ordered from Avas for a friends funeral service and found the beautiful blue sympathy spray. It was beautiful. Thank You. Suggestion: The site just needs a few more "blue" arrangements (for men), to choose from. I believe there was only 2. None the less, the arrangement was exactly what I was looking for, again.
