Person I talked to on phone was very helpful, wanted to make sure that I would be pleased, worked with me on the exact colors and types of flowers to be included. These arrived in perfect time - not knowing the recipient was about to travel - the arrangement was so well done, that it was packed and taken along to their holiday destination. I rec'd a picture of the arrangement on my cell phone so that I could see how beautiful it was.
