Easily navigated website. We called to see if the order had been delivered and after dealing with the automated information, we talked to a real live person who checked the delivery status for us. Very helpful and a couple hours later your website indicated the plant had been delivered. Haven't had any feedback from the recipient yet, but I'm sure it was well received. Very good service! Thank you.
