You can count on same day delivery being "same day". You are notified via email of order confirmation and delivery thus, I do not have to worry if they arrived and are sitting outside wilting! The service representative was compassionate & very helpful to me in selecting the flowers for our brother's funeral. Everything arrived as promised and the flowers and plants were beautiful. I would definitely order from Ava's again.
