I live in California and I had to order a birthday flowers to my daughter who is attending University of Virginia. The ordering process was very easy. The flowers were delivered on time as requested. The flowers were very fresh and beautifully decorated per our request. My daughter was very pleased!

Thank you for making a quick effort to correct my order. Although the wrong thing was sent to a funeral, your customer service personnel were very quick to respond to me and sent out a replacement plant as soon as was possible. I wanted to send something to my grandma to cheer her up and to let her know she was special. I was weary of ordering online but once I got a call from my grandma all fears went away. I hope all experiences I have are as good as Ava's!

Thank you for the opportunity to let me tell you what a wonderful service you provided! I live in Oregon and was skeptical of ordering from a non-national florist. But I prefer to shop locally, and support local businesses so I took leap via the internet! Lovely experience! The flowers were delivered within the time frame as promised. My sister-in-law sent me a photo of the finished piece - a gorgeous cornucopia! So much prettier and larger than I expected.
