Got a little nervous when your email said you'd left on her porch. I live directly across street and couldn't see them. I didn't confirm until the next day that she had them. BUT she said they are gorgeous and is going to post a picture of them on Facebook.

Avas Flowers was excellent to deal with. The flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. What I appreciated most was the help I received when I called. I had a number of questions about the time and place of delivery, and the customer service rep who helped me took care of everything. Delivery can be tricky for a funeral, and I was relieved to have his help. Thank you.

If one of the choices had been "excellent" I would have chosen that. I took a chance with an unknown florist because I wanted a fruit basket delivered on Saturday. It was sent in sympathy for a dear friend. As soon as it arrived, she called to tell me it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen. She was expecting many people for her husband's memorial service and the arrangement was exactly what I wanted for her. Thank you!
