I was frustrated that during the checkout I was not able to apply coupons that were on the website . When I tried to enter them they were not accepted. Recipient says flowers beautiful and I did appreciate the delivery updates and confirmation.

Flowers were beautiful, well arranged, and Sue was pleased with them. However, in the past I have usually received notification of delivery -- this time I did not. Also, the flowers were simply left on the door step, and Sue was not aware they had been delivered until she stepped out to check the mail. I will continue to count on you when I need to send flowers, but I hope the service returns to the standard we have appreciated in the past.
